Weekend Projects
It was a quick weekend around our house- both Ian and I worked Saturday, and then headed over to the coast for the evening as soon as we got off! Buuuuut, I did manage to squeeze in a few projects…
Shower invitations for the same friend I created | wedding invites | for:

Who doesn’t love polka-dots?
The coast was beautiful! For those of you unfamiliar with Oregon’s “beaches”, 340 days out of the year it’s cold, windy, rainy and miserable. But not Sunday! It was perfect!
Absolutely perfect.
And then Sunday became even more perfect when I received this text from my mom:
My grandpa was an accordion-enthusiast who passed away my sophomore year of college. This past weekend my uncle came across the accordion and a set of sheet music tucked away that was the Oregon State fight song. Nearly everyone in my family attended the U of O, so he was attempting to learn the OSU fight song for me before he died. I can’t wait to hear him play it in heaven.

I love both the invitation and announcement you designed – gorgeous! How sweet about your grandpa
That is a beautiful story about your grandpa. Very touching
